Flashback to the days in middle school when your mom forced you take a first day of school picture to be put in a photo album as an embarrassing reminder of awkward smiles and fashion mistakes.

Looking back might be cringeworthy, but no feeling is better than one where you spent the entire night before planning the perfect outfit to start the school year on the right foot.

We love the diversity of styles on campus and wanted to celebrate that feeling of wearing an outfit that made us feel like we were ready to conquer the school year. These past couple of weeks, we at FAST took on the role of mom, and captured some of UCLA's finest fits during the first week of school. Get inspired by some of your fellow Bruins below!
