I’ve loved Zoe Kravitz’s style for years. She’s recently been gaining increasing popularity with her roles in the box office hit, Mad Max: Fury Road and upcoming movie, DOPE. Zoe always has some sort of cool and badass vibe that I’m obsessed with. Whether she’s going for a chic or boho look, she always has some edge to her outfit.

The images above are of Zoe Kravitz at the Met Gala 2014 (left) and the Met Gala 2015 (right). Zoe’s red dress and strappy sandals she wore at the Met Gala in 2014 are killer but her short, blonde hair is what really ties it all together for me. The Met Gala 2015 occurred earlier this month (May 4) and Zoe was definitely on my list of best dressed celebs at this star studded event. She donned a sleek, mail armor-esque Balenciaga dress (designed by recent creative director, Alexander Wang). And once again, I was in love with her hair. Zoe’s been rocking her braids since late 2014 and I’m I’m obsessed with them. She can make them look chic or uber laid back and casual and reminds me of the beautiful Lisa Bonet (Zoe’s mother) when she rocked dreads on The Cosby Show.

These are some off runway outfits of Zoe Kravitz. On the left, Zoe rocks a huge, green, furry coat. But she doesn’t just stop there. She layers statement pieces over one another like the concho choker, the knitted sweater with a large american flag, and the green monster of a coat to create a rad, funky, and couldn’t care less kind of vibe. On the right in an outfit Zoe wore while performing with her band, LolaWolf, at the 2014 Afropunk Festival. Her monochromatic two piece outfit creates a simple and clean but chic base that she builds upon by throwing a beat up flannel and wide brimmed hat to that gives the outfit a more rough and rugged feel to an otherwise precious outfit.
Can you guys see why I’ve been an avid fan of Zoe’s style?
Peace out,
